Growing up in a home where desserts were always available influenced my passion to become a pastry chef. After learning classic pastry methods under Chef Stephane Cheremy, chocolate techniques at the Notter School of Pastry Arts, and cake building at Chicago's Bittersweet Cafe, I'm happy to be starting "imPerfect Pastries" -- An expression that emphasizes flavor before presentation, and points out that no two things are exactly the same.


As you can imagine, it can be tricky to send these delicious and delicate cookies through the mail but I package each order extremely carefully and send them through USPS. I ship my treats Monday through Thursday in order for the freshest cookie experience for you. If you need a rush order please contact me about overnight shipping, otherwise your order will arrive within three days of payment being received!


I strive to only produce high quality products. If there happens to be damage due to shipping please contact me.


Each cookie is baked from scratch in my own home, please note that I cook with foods that may be allergens for some and cannot guarantee that all cookies do not contain trace amounts of these allergens - dairy, egg, nuts, soy, coconut, chocolate or gluten. By purchasing items from my shop you agree to hold seller blameless in the event of reactions caused by consumption of these products. If you have any questions or concerns please contact the seller.

Each baked good is wrapped individually and sealed to protect its freshness. I recommend that all items should be eaten within 4 days of receiving to guarantee the best flavor and taste. All items I sell can easily be frozen for up to 3 months!
